Vaccines: San Diego continues to be the leader in California for vaccines administered! We have now vaccinated 70% of our seniors and starting tomorrow, teachers, first responders, and the food and agriculture section are also eligible. Check out this UT story for details and the County website for vaccine info.

Back to School: San Diego Unified announced that the target date to have staff members return on campus would be the week of April 5, with students tentatively returning the following week. Vaccinations for educators, childcare providers, and other sectors in Phase 1B tier 1 open tomorrow, February 27. K-12 teachers and staff (private/public/charter) will have their vaccines coordinated by the San Diego County Office of Education and California Schools VEBA; for more information, visit HERE.

His work paved the way for a more equitable and accepting world. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Power, Larry
